NAMC MID CAL STEM PROGRAM - TRAINING THE NEXT GENERATION

**Keiller Leadership Academy**

During the construction of the new Skyline Library, we had the opportunity to give back to the community through the NAMC Science,Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) Program, which serves K-12 schools and middle school students. 

We engage with students, business owners, and industry professionals at various events held throughout the year.

**Career Day at Horace Mann Jr. High School** 

A positive impact on middle school students’ chosen industries by increasing awareness of the need for a level playing field to boost minority participation in STEM fields, enhance workforce diversity, and promote training and career development.
