The National Association of Minority Contractors (NAMC) MID CAL is a trade association that was established in part to give Minority Contractors a presence in the State Capitol of Sacramento to address the laws and legal needs and concerns of NAMC state members. While membership is open to people of all races gender and ethnic backgrounds, the organization’s focuses on construction industry concerns common to African Americans, Asian Americans, Hispanic Americans, and Native Americans. And also address workforce issues facing minority trade workers.

NAMC Mid Cal is a not-for-profit community-based builder focused on affordable housing developments.
By partnering with public agencies and private investors, we aim to address the urgent housing needs of inner-city communities. NAMC Mid Cal also creates business developments, subcontractors, and job training opportunities for local workers & the Black Contractors Apprenticeship Program (BCA).
